Our Founder

At our helm is Angela Neal, a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in project management, operations, and community program development across the U.S. and internationally.

Angela is a PMP-certified professional and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She has led large-scale transformations for organizations in, government, nonprofit, and education sectors. As a military spouse, she brings a unique perspective on adaptability, resilience, and mission-driven focus, qualities that shape how Project Solvers approaches every engagement.

Her leadership style is defined by precision, empathy, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that both clients and team members succeed.

Our Model

Project Solvers operates on a business model built around attracting and deploying exceptional talent. Many of our professionals come from the military community, veterans, spouses, and transitioning service members, who bring unmatched discipline, leadership, and adaptability to every project.
