This Privacy Policy explains what information Project Solvers LLC (“Project Solvers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it clear and jargon-free.

Project Solvers is a program and project management company that supports talent attraction and upskilling. This policy applies when you:

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you register, subscribe, buy something, join our community, or contact us, we may collect:

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your company or organization name and job title
Billing and shipping addresses for orders
Your date of birth or age confirmation, to verify you are 18 or older
Profile details and posts you share in our Circle community
Anything else you choose to send us, such as messages or survey responses

Payment information. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy. We receive only limited details from Stripe, such as your name, billing address, the last four digits of your card, and whether a payment went through.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our websites, we and our tools may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, how long you stay, and how you found us. We collect this through cookies and Google Analytics (more on that below).

Information we don’t collect. We do not collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health information, or financial account details.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

Process and fulfill your subscription and merchandise orders
Create and manage your account and community membership
Better understand the people we serve, so we can offer the right resources, programs, and content to our community
Send you updates, marketing emails, and text messages (you can opt out anytime)
Respond to your questions and provide customer support
Improve our websites, community, and services
Keep our services safe, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We only share information with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:

We may also share information if the law requires it (for example, a court order), to protect the rights, safety, or property of Project Solvers or others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business. If that happens, this policy will continue to protect your information.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and remember your preferences. We use them to keep our sites running smoothly and to understand how visitors use them.

We use Google Analytics to see things like which pages are popular and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address and browsing activity on our sites. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy, and you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you do, some parts of our websites may not work as well.

Marketing emails and text messages

Emails. If you sign up or make a purchase, we may send you news, resources, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to opt out. We may still send you important account or order messages, like receipts.

Text messages. We send texts only to people who have agreed to receive them. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational texts from Project Solvers at the number you provided. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.

We will not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for up to seven (7) years, which helps us meet tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping requirements. After that, we securely delete it or remove anything that identifies you. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we need to keep certain records by law.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, including using two-factor authentication on our business accounts and limiting access to the people and providers who need it. Card payments are handled by Stripe, which follows strict industry security standards. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

Age requirement

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older, and we verify age at registration. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please email info@project-solvers.com.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we have about you
Give you a copy of your information
Correct information that is wrong
Delete your information
Stop sending you marketing emails or texts

To make a request, email info@project-solvers.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within 45 days. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.

Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights. We’re happy to honor any rights that apply to you. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

Third-party websites

Our websites and community may link to other sites we don’t control. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know by email or with a notice on our websites.
